Problem with printing from computer to printer .Dell V313w ALL IN ONE PRINTER
I have a ALL IN ONE DELL V313w Printer.
The problem i am having ,I changed the DEll Colour Cartridge series21 Y499D .Ran of a test page this was ok. Printed some colour Prints on the printer no problem. Came to print of colour pictures from a file ,Would only print off in black.Tried to print Colour document from the computer ,But would only print of in black,?

Thanks for the help.I had tried all the problem solutions .With problem with printing from computer to printer Dell V313w Ect.After wasting a lot of ink printing off
test pages which were perfect.
I replaced the the black cartridge which was showing 1/4 full .After aligning cartridges the printer is printing of the computer with no problem
At the price Dell charge for cartridges this is an expensive way of printing
PS THis is not the first time i have had problems with a Dell Printer 924 All in one .I don't think i would buy another one

Robinson 47,
Start, control panel, printer, your printer, printer preferences.
Make sure it's set to use all available ink.
Also try reading...

Try shaking the Dell Series cartridges to make sure the sensor is loose before you reseat them.
