Procedure for returning defective Dell cartridges for replacement/refund
Can someone tell me the procedure for returning for credit defective Dell Cartridges? I have two black series 7 cartridges which I purchased in separate buys which both are defective (different problems).

Try contacting Customer Service HERE about the returns.

Thanks for the feedback. I called Customer Support (800-624-9897) and they were extremely helpful in processing no-charge replacements for the 2 bad cartridges.
