Push the button download in my browser. then push the button again. Dell just upgraded the drivers and downloads page and sometimes you have to push the download button twice.

How to by-pass the Dell Download Manager

I'm never given an option to use the Dell Download manager. You can't push the button twice from the My Accounts page where my printer is listed because it starts installing on the first time. I go to My Account - My Products list - drivers and downloads - Drivers Home and I'm shown my printer (924) and a download button. There's a link for my printer and I click on that and it takes me to Driver Details for the 924. I click on the download button and save it to my desktop as the directions state. I unzip the files and save them. The installation box comes up but it doesn't install.

If I'm supposed to download this stuff from another place please put in a link or specific directions on where to find it.

XP Drivers for the Dell 924 Printer.

Download file, unless you have the printer disk.

Save to desktop.

Double click on the file.
