Reseat Imgae drum error 3100cn
I keep getting a reseat image drum error
Error 004-321.
I reseat the image drum and sometimes it works fine for a day or two and then I get it again, other times I have to keep playing with it until it resets.
I have had this problem once before and the dell rep gave me some stuff to do and it corrected the problem, bad me for not writing it down.
This is becomming a real pain what can I do?
