resetting to factory default the Dell C3760dn

i have tried the Menu-Admin Settings- reset option but that does not help.

Has anyone successfully reset this model printer to factory default?

I keep getting the authentication failed message - even when i reset the password or try to make any changes, that is the message that pops up and i cannot make any changes on the printer.  i appreciate and thank you for your feedback.
