Switching from Dell3000cn to 3100cn

Hi every one i am presently using a Dell3000cn printer that is installed on my  windows 2k3 server and now that we have bought a new Dell 3100cn and i want to remove my old Dell3000cn and install the new 3100cn on my server to which almost 70 clients are connected ,can any one please help me with the installation process please?Is there any easy method for replacing the printers or should i have to start the installation process from the begining?My dell3000cn old printer is a DHCP enabled and i want my new printer also to use the same i.p adress.(note:my old dell 3000cn is still functional and is able to communicate with all the clients on my server)
