V305w AIO: netframework 2.0 required, windows 7

Hello.  Have run the V305w AIO on two Windows XP Pro systems successfully for some time.  Moving to Windows 7 now.  Have managed to get print And scan functioning, but Dell Imaging Toolbox will not function, due to "microsoft.net framework 2.0" required.  Windows 7 supposedly comes with that, and I see reference to version 2.0.50727 in the Registry.  Also tried downloading 2.0 from the microsoft link, but install failed due to "already installed".  So, how do I get the Image Toolbox to recognize the apparently installed net framework it says it needs (and obviously doesn't see)?  As I said, the AIO functions are in fact working, but it would be nice if Imaging Toolbox was also useable, and the error box didn't keep popping up after Windows loads.  Thanks for any assistance.

Al44,

When you upgraded the computer, if it was a Dell computer, the desktop/notebook system utility and the chipset driver need installed first or the rest of the drivers will fail to install. How to Download and Install Drivers in the Correct Order If a non-Dell computer, the chipset driver need installed first.

Al44,

Glad you got it working! :emotion-21: Thanks for posting back. It seems to be a known issue but easy to fix.

Take care,

Rick
