V715w printer problems
Hi i have a V715w all-in-one that keeps giving me error messages, interference with the black ink cartridge, after i replace the black cart i get the same with the color, and also problem communicating with the ink carts, I tried the steps of shutting it down and restarting the pc but i get the same errors.???

Are you using the Dell Series cartridge, generic or refilled cartridges?
Not sure if anything in this article will help...
