Wi-Fi name and password changed
I've Dell V715w Printer, which I hated the most. My wireless router name & password changed. My 2nd HP printer was very easy to change router name & password. But, not Dell V715 network printer. It was asking to use supplied installation cable to printer and the computer USB port. Unfortunately, it wasn't high lighting the "Continue". I tried to change ports, power off the printer, unplug from the wall & back of the printer. I finally gave up with this stinky printer. Any help, please?

On your computer...
First run Delete Print Jobs to remove any stuck print job(s) from the queue, then restart your computer.
Make sure the printer is not usb cable connected.
(Windows 8)Hit the Windows key and the x keys at the same time
Start, control panel, programs and features, your printer, uninstall.
Restart your computer. Make sure the printer was removed. Manual Printer Driver Removal
On the printer, click on the wrench, look for reset the wireless adapter back to factory settings, then reset the adapter.
Then install the printer like it's a new printer.
Remember virus programs and firewalls will block communications.
