windows could not load the installer for printer

This is the message i get after trying to install my hp 8250 photosmart and and hp475 photosmart on my inspiron 6000 laptop. I  have installed and uninstalled probably 20 times and disabled the usb emulation in the bios and disabled start up items..... also I spent 2 hours and let a dell tech take controll of my pc still won't work. The printers are working on a dell desktop. Any help would be a job saver, for real!
