3 chrome windows open = 98-100% cpu and 90% memory
I wasn't sure where to post this as I didn't see any choice for laptop/ software forum.
My computer is running at close to full useage 98-100% cpu and 90% memory
but, I only have 3 chrome Windows opened.
There are 64 background processes running. Everything except for Chrome is at 0 or close to 0.
No Events found!

Do the CPU and memory resources free up when you close Chrome? If so, then what if you reopen it but open completely different tabs?

I just booted up the computer fresh and the CPU usage is fluctuating around, ranging from 2% - 55%. Memory usage is steady at 44%.
This is basically a brand new computer. I called up support when I got the computer and told them to remove all of their garbage. Then I installed Microsoft office and 2 or 3 other well known programs.
