552 Quota violation on Outlook 2000

My boss and I have Outlook 2000.  Everything that has been sent to him, the sender receives the message below.  The strange thing is that he is receiving all the messages, but the senders receive this messages. This is an email I sent to him as a test and this is the email that was sent back to me.
