Accessing Photoshop software on my old desktop
I hope someone can help me.
I have just purchased an Inspiron desktop (Windows 10) and have successfully transferred everything over from my old Vostro 410 (Vista) desktop. I can't however transfer my Photoshop CS3 software and do not have the code/password required to allow this.
Is it possible to connect a lead from my Inspiron to my Vostro so I can access Photoshop as if it were on a separate external hard drive? I have tried connecting both desktops with a USB cable but I can't see the Vostro appear in File Explorer. Is this too simplistic? Am I expecting too much?
Can anyone tell me how to do this in simple language please?
Many thanks.

I suspect you are out of luck. First the old Vista version may not be Win 10 compatible (companies do that). I don't think you can "remote" in to the old PC and run it either.
Probably time for a new fully Win 10 compatible version. We had to do that at my Church when they upgraded from an old Win 7 machine to a new Win 10 PC with Quicken Quick Books. Even though they had the install discs and code for the version they had on the Win 7 machine when I tried to install the old version it would not install on Win 10 and just give a message about buying a new Win 10 compatible version.

CS3 is not compatible with Windows 10 according to Adobe -- you will need to upgrade.
