Adobe Acrobat XI Pro License Revoked
I had to re-install this software and when trying to activate got a license is revoked error. Software was bought with the system and was using the serial number on the DVD sleeve.
Tried contacting Adobe in chat and gave them the serial number. They stated that I received a counterfeit license. Now I can't reinstall the software. Uggh.

My Dell-purchased Acrobat X software is warning it will deactivate in 5 days. Same thing, sent scan of the S/N and Dell CD for Acrobat X and the system packing slip.
Adobe says " We would like to inform you that we have received the invoice and as we investigate, the serial is not found in our record.
We request that you contact the reseller for the same."
