Adobe Photoshop/Premiere Elements Purchased but No Redemption Code
Hi,
I purchased the Adobe 2021 Photoshop/Premiere Elements combination off of the Dell website two weeks ago. I received two emails, one a receipt of the purchase and one a confirmation of the purchase within hours. The confirmation email has my order number and a note - "DELIVERS VIA EMAIL WITHIN 24 HOURS". I never received another email. I checked online, and the order shows up in my Dell Digital Locker, and there's also a link to obtain my serial number and retrieve my license, but that link goes to the Adobe site where I am supposed to enter a 24 character redemption code. Problem is, there's no redemption code anywhere to be found. I've spent hours looking and trying to contact Dell support. Finally, I have someone who at least emails me every couple days apologizing for the delay and promising that the software team will resend the key within a few days, but so far, nothing. It's going on two weeks and I haven't been able to obtain the software I purchased. Has anyone faced something similar? If so, how did you resolve it?

I just fell into this trap today, I've called and chatted with tech support and have just been passed on down the line. The redemption code they gave me will not work when Adobe asks to input the code, it's missing characters. I don't know what to do anymore except to file a complaint the the BBC, I'm also going to dispute the charge with Dell since they can't deliver the product, I would advise everyone not to purchase Adobe Photoshop unless you want to throw 100 bucks down the drain.

Well, this is continuing to be unbelievably frustrating. I just got off a call with technical support where the agent was extremely rude. Once she saw that there was no redemption code, she tried going to Adobe on my computer to do an online chat with Adobe technical support. She then asked me to call Adobe technical support. When I reminded me that the issue was with a Dell software purchase and not getting a redemption code from Dell, she hung up on me!! It's now been over 3 weeks and I still don't have the software that I paid for. Can anyone at Dell offer a solution here???

Someone somewhere at Dell finally heard my plea for help. Signed on to my digital locker today and there it was - my redemption code. It worked fine at the Adobe site to get my licenses, so all is well. Don't understand why it took 4 weeks, but it least this ordeal is over and I have my software.

I ran into this issues as well: I purchased the license for AdobePro and there was no "redemption code."
I soon learned that it is the License Key. At first, it wasn't computing in my mind that the "six sets" of four numbers (the four numbers as one set) each go into the "registration code" box on the Adobe website. Example: 125T-45YL-000G (and so forth) ... each one of the sets of four gets type into a box.
