Alienware Mobile Connect Stopped working on Alienware Ryzen Edition r5 m15

Hi All,

I decided to try Alienware Mobile Connect and during the first days I paired my phone and everything was working fine. Then after 3 days or so, the mirroring feature started to show only a black screen (on my laptop) and freeze completely Mobile Connect.

After trying reinstalling the app in the phone, laptop, mobile connect drivers, it never worked again. What could I do to fix this?
