Alienware Mobile Connect

Question

Hi, I have Dell Alien ware 15 R4 Laptop. I have used Alienware mobile connect app since I re installed windows 10. After the re installation I can't download the app from windows store. There's an error displaying 'This app is not compatible with this device'. How can I fix this? Thanks.
