Sorry Delierious, I ran the MS knowledge base without coming across any solutions. I am thinking that is I could uninstall and reinstall the module that has to do with the phone dialer or the phone dialer and Contacts-Outlook that this might fix a corrupted file/DLL but I have not found any way to do that. Thanks for taking a look.

I've only used it twice myself, once with success and once without (the results in the 2nd case just didn't help.
