I am trying to do a full system backup on an Inspiron 15 7547 Win 8.1. Created Rescue Disk on Hard Drive successfully. System Backup starts and runs for couple of hours then stops - "there is an error." No diagnostic. 

This is Seagate 1TB Goflex drive that I can do backups with other software (but I want the rescue disk with the system backup) I gone a cycle of formatting the external drive, running Dell BandR - failing, formatting, running other software for a complete backup, formatting, trying Dell BandR again and failing - three times.

I feel Dell screwed me out $40 bucks to upgrade to premium. The diagnostics are poor or non-existent, support almost non-existent. There is no good reason why you shouldn't be able to create a rescue disk on USB flash drive or the factory image, drivers and apps on a USB hard disk, or make the text on the windows darker so it can be read easily. 

I started programming in 1958, but I have never seen a more poorly presented, functioning or supported piece of software. This is not the Dell I have familiar with.
