I have just unboxed my new Studio XPS 9100 and got it set up.

It was a MESS right from the beginning with the Desktop in an endless loop with some sort of video propble, but I finally got it bypassed.

My system came with "basic Stage" software part number 421-3645 but the only portion of the program that works or comes up is the PhotoStage part.

The Stage Software - Framework, MusicStage and Video Stage do not appear.

When I cllick on the menu to start those choices.. nothing happens.

I thought I would try to re-install the stage software, but it is not anywhere on my Utilities and Resources CD and not on the Operating DVD.

Additionally, there is not a "Factory Image" or Factory restore on my machine.

I thought ALL the new Dell desktops had a factory system image restore.

So... how can I can a backup copy of the stage software for my system ?
