I have recently put Bit Lock encryiption onto my Dell Latitude 6400 Laptop, i followed the instructions down to a T. However it will not run at all.

I am using vista Enterprise
Have tried turning BL on through the control panal
Turned on and off theTVM
Cleared the TVM
Restarted Laptop countless number of times

Can anyone help?
