Can't download software from digital locker

Can't download software from Dell Digital Locker. I keep getting a page that says "This page is no longer available" .

I've contacted CS and technical support and so far I have spoken to 10 people. Each one transfers me to someone else. The last transfer went to no one.

Based on this fantastic customer care I won't be buying anything with Dell on it.
