Can't get pass my lock screen
My laptop keeps saying my password is wrong but I know what it is I was wanton to know how can I factory rest it with out getting pass the lock screens
No Events found!

Unfortunately, resetting to the factory image will require you to add the password. You will need to have a password reset disk or you will need to format and reinstall Windows manually. You could also search the internet for password recovery software.
