Can't Log-in to Dell Video Chat

I used Dell Video Chat once and it worked great.  Now when I go back to open the program I am taken to a "create a new account" screen.  When I try to create an account the window says that there is already an account with the accociated e-mail address.  

I went to the FAQ page and it said that there would be a box below the "create my account' button that says something to the effect of "already have and account".  However on my screen there is no such link.  

Please Help Me Dell
