Can't open PowerPoint file on some computers

I have trouble opening this PowerPoint presentation using PowerPoint 2016 (Ver. 16.0.6701.1013) 32-bit. "PowerPoint found a problem with content in 1.PPTX. If you trust the source of this presentation, click Repair". It can't pptx repair. At first I thought it would be either a restriction on PowerPoint or that file is corrupted. I checked to see if it was corrupted but it's not because other users can open it. I tried disabling the Trust Center Settings in PowerPoint but no good. I also tried adding the folder holding the file to list of Trusted sites. There's a possibility the file will open in an older version of PowerPoint so I tried downloading the PowerPoint viewer 2007 but it couldn't open it either. This seems to happen only from time to time with emailed files. I believe we're all running the same version of Office. I attached the error message and the file itself.

There are a number of things you can try to recover it....

  1. Use Slides from Files on the Insert menu.
  2. Locate a TMP file.
  3. Open the presentation in Microsoft Office Word.
  4. Move the file to a different place.
  5. Open the file in a different way.
  6. Use Safe Mode.
  7. Use Damaged Presentations Troubleshooters.
  8. Take a look at PPTX Repair Kit it is situated on  it exclusively works with damaged .pptx documents, with .ppt files it doesn't work!
