control user account lost

I think I lost the admin user on my laptopi cannot install any program even print cause I reinitiated my laptop, following dell custumer support, which didn't solve the problem, not it worse. I cant do anything. What shoul I do?

it is in french, but it ask me for a password, but no where to put it.
