{"C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office10\OSA.EXE" -b -l } in startup menu. Can i remove this?
Why is this in my start up menu? It keeps prompting me for my office disk (and windows installer), which i dont have.
Can i remove it safely? What is it for?

OSA.exe is an Office program that initializes the shared componets of your Office programs thereby enabling them to start faster. You can safely remove the shortcut from your startup folder and even remove the program from your computer completely if you want. Take a look at the MS Knowledge Base article HERE for more info.
