Cyber Link Power DVD DX 8.3.1 (BD version)
When I go to my downloads it shows the software for downloading but I can't put a check in the box to download it. My service tag on the laptop is. Can you help me. It's a Studio 1749

It's now fixed. I was able to download my stuff.
