defective Adobe Acrobat Elements CD

The CD Dell sent me with my Inspiron for Adobe Acrobat elements is missing the following file:

AcroEle6.msi

Obviously, the CD is defective, and the software I purchase can't be installed.

Please send me information about how to obtain a working CD.

Thank You

I magically received the CD in the mail last week.  I haven't tried it yet, but I do appreciate the extra effort in getting me a replacement.

Thank you very much.

Did the new disk that Dell sent you work any better?

I am having the same problem and NO ONE AT DELL will DO ANYTHING TO FIX THIS PROBLEM.

BY LOOKING OF THIS FORUM THIS IS A COMMON PROBLEM AND DELL WILL NOT DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT.

I HAVE PURCHASED 2 SYSTEMS FROM DELL AND THE WILL NOT DO ANYTHING TO SOLVE THIS PROBLEM WITHOUT WANTING MORE OF MY $$$$.

THIS WILL BE MY LAST PURCHASE FROM THEM.
