Dell Backup and Recovery Program
I have been told by Dell technical support that they do not support Dell Backup and Recovery program. My question is why? If they are not going to support why include it on PC systems? What is Dell's policy on this program?

I apologize for the information you received from our support team. Dell does support the Dell Backup and Recovery Program. Are you having issues with the program?
