Dell Backup and Recovery software errors
I am using Premium software version 1.9.0.22, Windows 10 on a XPS 8700. Trying to make a system backup on 1TB external HDD, software comes up with error saying "Dell Backup and Recovery encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience". No error code or indication of what the problem might be! Any suggestion how to get this to work other than reinstalling the backup and recovery software?

Did you ever get an answer to this problem? I'm going through the same issue and it's very frustrating.
