dell Data protection software

Trying to un-install the Dell data protection software, Never been used, Came from factory installed. Try to un-install and it pops up the message " This is not a supported system "and then closes the un-install program.  the versions shown in the add remove programs is ACCESS  2.0.00000.085, Drivers 1.00.013 and the middleware is 1.00.008  this is on a windows 7 pro with all updates 64 bits. the UAC is turned off and it still comes up with the error.
