Dell Data Safe Local Backup and Recovery App
My desktop computer is a Dell, running Windows 7, 64-bit Operating System.
Due to problems with it this year, I had to reinstall Windows from the discs supplied, resulting in the deletion of the Dell Data Safe Local Backup.
Whenever I try to reinstall Dell Data safe Local Backup or Backup and Recovery Application, I receive this message, as per attached picture.
Yet, I cannot see this program among the Dell programs, as per attached picture.
Any help?

hi my name is sandy i am need of someone's help i'm trying to used the dell data safe local backup feature on my laptop i usually run this from time to time up to now this point it was running just fine and i have no clue what happen either i delete something from McAfee program which this is the 6th time that i've run the stupid app and yes i have been up all night trying to get it to work on my insprion laptop it starts out ok then i get an error saying its either corrupted or missing . then read try this put in the discs or a USB that has the information on it or repair it then it gives the error code for example 0000.0000 the problem is this laptop was gave to me but the owner never gave me anything with it meaning the installation discs please help!
