Dell DataSafe Online Backup Error Code BuEng_2810
Can anyone help? I'm at a loss. I've tried unsuccessfully to backup and receive this message.
Error Code: BuEng_2810
Redirector Server unavailable (or inaccessible due to firewall). Check your Internet connection and/or your Internet security settings

All set. After several computer restarts, I was able to backup without a problem.
