Dell Digital Delivery (DDD) Problems
Disastrous Dissatisfying Downers
I have been forced to use DDD for years, and for years it has worked bad.
USUALLY - when first configuring a computer and the first time one uses DDD it USUALLY works fine, but not always.
The real problem comes when you need to refresh your computer. When you reinstall programs, including DDD, it rarely works as it should.
Dell, you keep a database of computers and their associated purchased programs, right? Where is the disconnect, WHY does DDD always come up with "You have no programs to download"
FIX YOUR STUPID PROGRAM and let us use the programs we purchased through Dell Digital Delivery.
