Dell Digital Locker Pending

Hello, I've been waiting to get a product from the digital locker however it keeps saying "pending validation". I received an email telling me that the product is available to retrieve from the digital locker put when I check the product it just says "pending validation". I've been waiting for an hour and a half now since receiving the email telling me my products are available and it even says that the order is available in my order history. This is a bit annoying as I haven't had an issue like this before and I don't know what else to do. If someone can help me that would be much appreciated. Thanks.
