Dell Dock has stopped running in Windows 10

When I installed Windows 10 Dell Dock did not immediately run.  I located the programme (now app!) and it started successfully and seemed to survive several subsequent start ups.  It has now stopped  and I can't get it to re-run.  As the Dock contains the Recycle Bin shortcut I'm unable to access this.  Can anyone suggest a way out of this?
