Dell Mobile Connect window closing
I have a Dell XPS 15 9570 and the mobile connect window keeps randomly closing and reopening. I've reinstalled it several times with no luck making it work. This software use to work and I was able to connect to my iphone and send and receive text messages. Now I can't view or send any messages because as soon as I go to new message the window crashes and the app reopens.
Any help or suggestions on a fix would be great. Can and I get a previous version?

So Dell-Cares sends me a private message to get my service tag. Only to tell me warranty is up and hopefully the community can help me. Very caring of you Dell when the software you make doesn't work on the hardware you make.

Hi there! I was having the same problem with this app too, but I updated the app (in the Windows Store) and that resolved it. Maybe if your computer updated but you have not updated the app yet, they aren't compatible. Hopefully updating the app will help you too. Good luck!
