Dell Power Manager Lite For Vostro 3559

It's not working for my system mine is a vostro 3559 running windows 10 64bit. The link provided is for a inspiron system

I have reinstalled my window now am unable to find "Power Manager Lite" for my Laptop Vostro 14 3468 Window 10 64x . I have searched whole dell website downloaded many power lite software but most of them are not compatible for my laptop.. Please provide a valid Link I will be very thankful....
