Dell Premium Backup & Recovery license code

My machine had a software issue and tried to restore from backup using the software. Tried the 2 backup that I had made but both had failed. 

Had no other choice but had to restore from factory hard disk.  The backup & recovery software restored the settings but now it says that the version is basic version.

Seems like I misplaced the old license info.  I'm in a position where I've non working software that doesn't recover files properly and I'm forced to pay up for premium version again.

Appreciate if you can help me retrieve the license information so that I don't have to pay twice for the same software.
