Dell stage and touchpad problems

Question

I recently had to Format my laptop because of some Virus and i cannot find dell stage on my computer.
is there any way that i can get it back?

also my mouse pad is over sensitive and my computer only recognizes it as a mouse and not a touchpad, i cant find a way to fix it.

Dell stage software can be downloaded from My Dell downloads. Kindly find the link below for the same.
Kindly note that the Dell stage software cannot be installed on Windows 8 OS.

Touchpad sensitivity can be changed under mouse settings in control panel. If you are unable to find the touchpad options kindly reinstall the Touchpad drivers from Dell support site.
