Dell Support Center Not Working/Unable to reinstall
I bought a brand new Dell Inspiron N5110 a few weeks ago (64 bit operating system). It came with Dell Support Center: 3.1.5907.29 already installed on it, but whenever I tried to use it "An unexpected occurred" and it would close. So I uninstalled it and attempted to reinstall but during the re-installation process got an "Error opening installation log file" error message. So I tried the advice provided by Elijah from Dell at this link to utilize Microsoft Fix it, but got an error message: Microsoft Fix it 503678 - Does not apply to my operating system or application version. So I'm out of ideas. What can I do next?? Any help would be much appreciated, thanks.

Thanks for the response. I went through all the steps - I received another error message: "The configuration data for this product is corrupt. Contact your support personnel."
I think it's time to contact Dell Support directly at this point unless there's anything else I can do.
I tried the remaining steps below. One was successful, some said access is denied, some said the file could not be found:
Type (or copy/paste) each of the following lines and press ENTER to run each one (Note: you may receive an error when running these commands if the uninstaller was already able to remove them):
reg delete HKLM\SOFTWARE\PC-Doctor /f
reg delete HKCU\SOFTWARE\PC-Doctor /f
reg delete HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Installer\UserData\S-1-5-18\Products\C78A0900E0E34D34AA177AB16065A3A4 /f
reg delete HKCR\Installer\Products\C78A0900E0E34D34AA177AB16065A3A4 /f
schtasks /delete /tn PCDoctorBackgroundMonitorTask /f
schtasks /delete /tn SystemToolsDailyTest /f
schtasks /delete /tn PCDEventLauncher /f
