Diagnostics will not run.

Under Product Support I try to run Diagnostics. It hangs up at Checking for SupportAssist and shows an error message: "There was a problem with your internet connection. Please try running the diagnostic again". I don't understand this because I'm on the internet at the time. Any ideas?

When you upgrade to Windows 10 you must delete the old Dell Support Center and reinstall the new Dell SupportAssist program at the above website.
