This support page for DMC may help.

How to configure Dell Mobile Connect for Android

Thanks so much.  I went through the link carefully, but none of the suggestions help.  The phone and PC are connecting via Bluetooth.  But the program keeps giving me a message suggesting that calls are being routed elsewhere through Bluetooth, which prevents using DMC.  I have tried stopping/disabling every other device (headset, smart watch, etc.), but to no avail.

I'm flummoxed.  Again, any help would be appreciated.

@anrklein, maybe you are connecting your computer to an extra bluetooth device, like a speaker. certanly I sometimes ran into this problem, and today I disconnected both my bluetooth speaker and my phone, reconnected only the phone, and gained access to phone calling capabilities. worth giving a try

This solved the problem for me. I had a bluetooth headset connected to my laptop which was stopping dell mobile connect to show the error message for calls.

Also having the same issue
Moved to Dell Mobile Connect from another app as I was told it DID support bluetooth headsets
My laptop can support dual connections so not really sure why this cant be made possible

Is there a workaround or is it genuinely not possible?
