Does xps 8900 include office professional 2016?

I recently purchased an XPS 8900. Microsoft Office Home and Business EM 2016 was included. I needed the Access 2016 which is only offered with the Office Professional 2016. Can I request an exchange of the Home and Business for the Office Professional. It's a big issue.
