Easy Transfer question
Moving files and settings from 32-bit Windows 7 machine to 64-bit Windows 7 machine. Being a gamer I want to ensure I don't lose the config files that maintain the progress I've made in the games. For this, should I install the whole game from the DVD first, and then do the easy transfer for the config files, or vice versa, e.g., start by transferring the non-exe files via easy transfer, and then copy the contents of the DVD?
Thanks very much.

You are going to have to install the games on the new PC, so I'd do that first. Easy transfer will move Windows items, SOME (limited) Microsoft Programs and that's about it. You may have to manually copy whatever configuration files you want for the games to a flash drive (or whatever) and take them to the new PC.
