Since you have Windows XP and you have posted in the Works Suite forum, I am assuming you have MS Word 2002 or 2003 in the Works Suite application. The Access Database application is not included in Works Suite. The error message you are receiving is relevant to the Access application. This application is marketed separately and is usually installed along with the MS Office applications. A search of MS Knowledge Base Articles produced only results for Access, none for Word 2002 or 2003. Therefore, I recommend that you repost this in the Software - MS Office Products forum. There are several knowledgeable forum Regulars that should be able to assist you.
