Error 1935 occurred while trying to install Office 2007

'error 1935.an error occurred during the installation of assembly component {97f81af1-0e47-dc99-a01f-c8b3b9a1e18e}.Hresult:0x8007054f.'I have recently reinstalled vista, and when trying to install Office 2007 I encountered the above error message. PLEASE HELP!

If you have it, it is listed in the Control Panel > Programs and Features as "Microsoft .NET Framework" [ with the version]

If you do not have it, try going to Microsoft to install it.

That usually happens if there is an issue with your.NET framework installation.

1. Click Start > Control Panel > Programs >Programs and Features.
2. Find Microsoft .NET Framework, and then click Change/Remove.

* Click Repair, and click Next.

1935 error occurs when installing Office if Office 365 stream is already installed.
