fast access does not work when i logged into a website

this was working however because of a outlook issue i was having i did a restore. so the outlook is working just fine. However the fast aceess is not working. I logged into a website and fast acess does not come up asking for username or password.  so need some assistance please... ru pro nning on windows 7 professional and office 2010 pro plus.

Thank you for using the Dell Community Forum.

By default, FastAccess facial recognition is disabled when your new laptop arrives. There software is not called out in the Dell OOBE (Our of Box Experience). You can enable the software in one of two ways. You can go to the Windows Menu > All Programs > FastAccess Facial Recognition and choose Configure FastAccess. This will start the Fast Access OOBE and enable the software. You may also click the “padlock” icon in the DellDock at the top of the screen. In the drop down menu, select the FA, icon.This will also launch the OOBE and enable facial recognition.

 Since you did a system restore you will have to re-enable the software.

i seem to be having the same issue after having to reinstall outlook.  it recognizes me for windows login, but does not come up when i go to a web site, i have uninstalled and reinstalled a few times and have tried different settings.  it had been working fine previously
