Fast Access Download Problem via DELL Digital Delivery

I recently bought a XPS15.

I downgraded the OS from Windows 8 -Professional- to Windows 7 -x64-, after I requested and received the media from DELL.

I successfully installed onto Windows 7 first DELL Digital Delivery and then, through it, Fast Access.

Because of a problem in the Windows boot registry -BCDEdit warned about a curruption-, I uninstalled Fast Access -because i though that was the cause-.

When I fixed the problem with the boot registry, I tried to install again Fast Access through DELL Digital Delivery.

It says -translated from Italian-: "A problem occurred. You are kindly asked to try to install again the software". The downlad of Fast Access doesn't start and the message is repeated.

How can i get again Fast Access?

Hi Antonio,

Please use the link below to run the reset tool, post execution of the reset tool, if the issue still remains unresolved, please share the Log ZIP file that gets created on the desktop each time you run the reset tool for further investigation.
